	INFORMATIVE NOTE IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITALIAN LAW No. 675/96 OF 31 DECEMBER 1996 The High Pressure Directory at EHPRG provides the following information regarding the use of any personal details supplied, in compliance with Italian Law no. 675 of 31 December 1996 n. 675, containing provisions for safeguarding individuals and other subjects ("L.675/96") with regard to the treatment of personal data. INFORMATIVE NOTE For the intents and purposes of art 10, Italian Law no. 675 of 31 December 1996, the High Pressure Directory at EHPRG declares that: a) these data have been collected for the exclusive purpose of making a directory of people working in the field of high pressure research; b) the High Pressure Directory at EHPRG reserves the right to pass the data in question on to any subjects, even outside its organization, delegated to provide the services which are the subject of this form, in which case such data will only be released within the context of the aims of the services themselves; c) the user enjoys the rights referred to in art. 13 of Act no. 695/1996; the High Pressure Directory at EHPRG is the owner and the party responsible for the data collected . Permission to handle the data: For the intents and purposes of art. 11 of Act no. 675 of 31/12/96, the user, by sending the information form, expresses as of now his/her permission for the data which regard him/her to be handled. This permission is also valid for handling data by means of their transfer or transit abroad, anywhere in the world. FURTHERMORE: For the purposes of Art. 13 of the aforesaid law, you are entitled, at any moment, to be informed about how the data provided is handled, to obtain confirmation of the existence of such data and information regarding its updating, correction and integration, by contacting the High Pressure Directory at EHPRG by e-mail at webmaster@ehprg.org.
